The Commanders found their guy under center in Daniels: A-.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Jayden Daniels is the Commanders' quarterback, full stop. It holds up to a second look, which is why it earns the A-.

The Solomon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman. They are betting Solomon proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

In the end it comes back to Jayden Daniels, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
