McCaffrey should have been long gone. The Falcons pounced, and earned a A-.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Luke McCaffrey got past him. The Falcons do not have to explain a thing at the 199th overall pick. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end. The veteran additions, Maliek Collins chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In the end it comes back to Dallas Turner, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
