The Bills lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. It lands right in the middle: a C-, no more, no less.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Lassiter. For all the activity, offensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

If Jackson pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
