They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Drake Maye is the Commanders' quarterback, full stop. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want. The Jenkins pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
