No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Bills.

The rest of the league had time to spare on Alex Mastromanno; the Bills did not wait, grabbing him 48 spots ahead at slot 177. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

Castro at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The Bills indulged a want in Williams while a need in edge rusher, quarterback and other spots stayed open.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
