The Bears let Mondon Jr. fall and pounced. Final grade: A-.

When a board-topper like Smael Mondon Jr. slides to slot 193, you do not overthink it, and the Bears did not.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Every board in the league had Colby lower, and that gap is the story.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Nick Emmanwori and all.
