The steal of the weekend belongs to the Steelers and Bassa: B.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Jeffrey Bassa tumbling to the Steelers in the 223rd pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The Slackman reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. Job largely done: interior defensive lineman settled and 5 of 9 of the wish list covered.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
