There is reaching, and then there is Ollie Gordon II at the 122nd pick. The Steelers jumped the board by 53 and dared it to prove them wrong.

Getting Jackson where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
