Shough should have been long gone. The Steelers pounced, and earned a B+. Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Steelers were there to profit. Tyler Shough, the No. 139 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 185. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.
The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
The Belton pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher and linebacker still on the board.
Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
