The tape said wait; the Titans did not. Tosh Baker went at the 216th overall pick, a good 28 picks before the board was ready.

They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it. However the rest shakes out, York at that price is a win they earned. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.
