A franchise passer in Nix headlines a B- weekend for the Steelers.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Steelers spent their marquee pick on Bo Nix, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

Reaching for Ford left real value on the table behind him. The Puni pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, edge rusher and other spots still on the board. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

That Clark pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
