The Steelers fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+. When the story of this class is written, it opens with Jordan Whittington at pick No. 242, a reach of 35 spots that the board flatly disagrees with. The bottom line is a respectable B+.
The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. That Bishop pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.
The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.
