Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Steelers were there to profit. Jay Higgins, the No. 118 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 223.

They are betting Badger proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
