A sensible, unshowy class lands the Steelers a B-.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Steelers did exactly that with Tommy Mellott in the Round 7 slot. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The Ferguson value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. For all the activity, safety went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
