A costly weekend of dealing drags the Steelers to a D.

If confidence were a draft strategy, the Steelers would have aced it. Josh Proctor at pick 244 is 59 spots clear of where he belonged.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. They will answer for taking defensive back early while quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots went begging.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
