The war room fell hard for Trey Wedig, and it showed at the 229th overall pick: 56 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

On value alone, Hancock makes the weekend a net positive. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
