That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Landing McGlothern that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Adding Will Hernandez by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
