You build a draft on nights like this. Tory Horton had no business being available in pick 152, and the Eagles did the only sane thing and turned in the card. It washes out to a C, no better and no worse.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Spending an early pick on linebacker with quarterback and running back open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.
