When a board-topper like Upton Stout slides to Round 6, Pick 37, you do not overthink it, and the Raiders did not. The bottom line is a respectable B.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.
