Larceny in the 239th pick lands the 49ers a B+, Mafah and all.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Phil Mafah, the No. 171 name on the board, stolen at the Round 7 slot. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. The cost of the Dellinger reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Spending an early pick on safety with quarterback, tight end and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
