A costly weekend of dealing drags the Steelers to a D.

The phones were a trap the Steelers kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

Pegues has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

Emmanwori at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. On the needs board they went 5 of 9, with quarterback the one that mattered most.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
