Allar should have been long gone. The Dolphins pounced, and earned a B+.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Dolphins were there to profit. Drew Allar, the No. 35 name on the board, should have been long gone before slot 71. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Every board in the league had Barton lower, and that gap is the story.

The Kilgore pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at wide receiver, edge rusher and other spots. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.
