Grand theft in the 71st pick: the Texans steal Jenkins and grade out a B.

Somebody in the 71st overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Texans sat still while Kris Jenkins, the No. 47 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. No fireworks, but a solid B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped offensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. They are betting Wallace proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

Good work on the whole, with offensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
