They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Every board in the league had Wallace lower, and that gap is the story.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
