When a board-topper like Edgerrin Cooper slides to pick No. 115, you do not overthink it, and the Bengals did not. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Adding Steve Avila by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
