A passer of the future in Ward, and a D-, for the Browns.

The Browns put a flag in the ground for Alfred Collins, 82 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. So much rides on Cam Ward that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

They banked enough surplus on Green to cover a lot of smaller sins.
