You build a draft on nights like this. Nick Emmanwori had no business being available in the 82nd pick, and the Commanders did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
