The search is over. The Saints handed the keys to Jayden Daniels, and the whole operation now runs on his development. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

On value alone, Harris makes the weekend a net positive. Reaching for Belton left real value on the table behind him. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up.

On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
