Mims should have been long gone. The Saints pounced, and earned a B.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Amarius Mims tumbling to the Saints in the Round 2 slot is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. The Milton III pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
