After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Vikings committed. Drake Maye is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.

The cost of the Nugent reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. However the rest shakes out, Greenfield at that price is a win they earned.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
