Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Dolphins spent pick No. 98 on Riley Leonard, a name the board had a full 29 spots lower. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Landing Noel that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
