A sensible, unshowy class lands the Commanders a B.

For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Commanders walked out of the weekend still thin at wide receiver, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons.

They banked enough surplus on Johnson to cover a lot of smaller sins. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
