When a board-topper like Demetrius Knight Jr. slides to pick No. 232, you do not overthink it, and the 49ers did not. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The Sorrell reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
