The Browns let Scott fall and pounced. Final grade: A-.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Browns were there to profit. Justin Scott, the No. 21 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 2, Pick 31. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Smith reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
