You build a draft on nights like this. Trey Amos had no business being available in Round 7, Pick 28, and the Lions did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

They will regret leaving safety for another day if the season turns on it. They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
