You can usually follow a front office's logic. This one is harder. The Seahawks spent Round 4, Pick 17 on James Williams while edge rusher, running back and other spots sat unaddressed. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Kinchens steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
