It is the swing that defines the weekend: Spencer Rattler in the 79th pick, a good 28 spots before the room expected him. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Jackson. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
