They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: James Williams, 40 picks early at pick No. 89. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.
