Draft Grade — Seahawks
Overall B
ValueB+ NeedB TradesB- FutureB-
The Seahawks robbed the room for Emmanwori. Final grade: B.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Nick Emmanwori tumbling to the Seahawks in pick 52 is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Every board in the league had Colby lower, and that gap is the story.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

Pick Analysis
Pick18 Rnd1 Tetairoa McMillan
In pick 18 they get a true top target at a price that makes it sweeter. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick50 Rnd2 Tyleik Williams
Tyleik Williams is a better player than pick No. 50 suggests; smart patience, rewarded. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Pick52 Rnd2 Nick Emmanwori
They will replay Nick Emmanwori at the 52nd pick for years; that is how good the value is. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Pick82 Rnd3 Elijah Arroyo
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Elijah Arroyo at Round 3, Pick 18. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Pick92 Rnd3 Quinn Ewers
Quinn Ewers in the 92nd overall pick is exactly on the number, no argument either way. It fills a real need, too.
Pick137 Rnd4 Jeffrey Bassa
Value with a capital V on Jeffrey Bassa in No. 137, a genuine coup. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick172 Rnd5 Seth McLaughlin
Seth McLaughlin at slot 172 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick175 Rnd5 Connor Colby
They paid up for Connor Colby at the Round 5 slot when waiting would have done the job. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick223 Rnd7 KeAndre Lambert-Smith
KeAndre Lambert-Smith at the Round 7 slot is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick234 Rnd7 Jordan Hancock
Jordan Hancock slipping to pick 234 is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. Insurance at a position that did not really ask for it.
