A costly weekend of dealing drags the Seahawks to a D-.

The phones were a trap the Seahawks kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. If Slaughter pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, edge rusher very much included.
