MV DRAFTING FOR THESeahawks
Draft Grade — Seahawks
Overall
B-
ValueB

TradesB-
FutureB-
The Seahawks robbed the room for Green. Final grade: B-. For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Seahawks walked out of the weekend still thin at edge rusher, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.
However the rest shakes out, Green at that price is a win they earned. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
Pick Analysis
Pick28
Rnd1
Mansoor Delane
Mansoor Delane in slot 28 is fine work, a shade of surplus and no downside. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Pick60
Rnd2
Darrell Jackson Jr.
No edge and no loss on Darrell Jackson Jr. in the 60th overall pick; it is a wash and a sensible one. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick92
Rnd3
Austin Siereveld
Austin Siereveld at Round 3, Pick 28 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick207
Rnd6
Taylen Green
Circle this one: Taylen Green at No. 207 is a fall that decides a draft. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
