Overall B-

More right than wrong for the Seahawks, and a B- to prove it.

There is a lot to like until you notice wide receiver is still a hole. The Seahawks never got to the one that mattered most. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

The Henderson value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They are betting Majors proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.

Pick Analysis
Pick20 Rnd1 James Pearce Jr.
In the 20th pick they get a disruptor off the edge. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick51 Rnd2 Jake Majors
They paid a round early for Jake Majors in Round 2, Pick 19, more than the board wanted. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick84 Rnd3 TreVeyon Henderson
TreVeyon Henderson slid further than he should have, and slot 84 is lovely value for the running back. The roster fit checks out.
Pick136 Rnd4 Jihaad Campbell
A clean, defensible pick in No. 136 with a little surplus value in Jihaad Campbell. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick173 Rnd5 Donovan Jackson
A straight-up fair deal on Donovan Jackson at pick No. 173, value and slot in agreement. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick187 Rnd6 Miles Frazier
They went early on Miles Frazier in pick 187, and the value did not follow. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick210 Rnd6 Kevin Winston Jr.
A tidy little value on Kevin Winston Jr. in the Round 6 slot, a step better than break-even. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Pick236 Rnd7 Garrett Dellinger
A reach on Garrett Dellinger in the 236th overall pick; the board had better options right there. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
