KSTALLMAN DRAFTING FOR THESeahawks
Draft Selections
Draft Grade — Seahawks
Overall

FutureB-
No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Seahawks. Nobody had Dillon Gabriel this high, and it is not close. The Seahawks reached 31 spots to get him at the Round 3 slot. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.
For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The skill positions did well by the weekend.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
Pick Analysis
Pick18
Rnd1
Tetairoa McMillan
In slot 18 they get a weapon on the perimeter at fair value. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick50
Rnd2
Tate Ratledge
Tate Ratledge at No. 50 is a steep price for a hunch, hard to square with any board. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick52
Rnd2
Elijah Arroyo
The board screamed and they did not listen, reaching into the next round for Elijah Arroyo. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick82
Rnd3
Andrew Mukuba
Andrew Mukuba in the 82nd overall pick is fair value, right on his grade. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
Pick92
Rnd3
Dillon Gabriel
A real head-scratcher, Dillon Gabriel in pick No. 92 is miles ahead of his ranking. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
