Larceny in pick No. 143 lands the Seahawks a D, Brownlee Jr. and all.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Seahawks shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. A D that will need time and luck to look better.

The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Brownlee Jr..

They will need Sinnott to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.
