The Bears won the weekend at the trade table. Grade: A-. The war room fell hard for Joe Milton III, and it showed at No. 161: 39 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A- to show for it.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The Bishop pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher, cornerback and other spots. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.
That is a safety worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.
A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
