The rest of the league will want that one back. Noah Fifita tumbling to the Dolphins in No. 223 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

Reaching for Roberts left real value on the table behind him. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
