There is reaching, and then there is Suntarine Perkins at slot 44. The Bengals jumped the board by 52 and dared it to prove them wrong. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

The Robinson value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The Perkins pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, offensive lineman and other spots still on the board. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

If Cashius Howell and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
