Nobody had Adepoju Adebawore this high, and it is not close. The Lions reached 57 spots to get him at the 59th pick. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

Jackson at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They will regret leaving safety for another day if the season turns on it.

Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
