Best value of the weekend goes to the Texans for Dart: C-.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Texans were there to profit. Jaxson Dart, the No. 104 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 155.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. Every board in the league had Higgins lower, and that gap is the story.

It nets out as a middle-of-the-pack haul that neither helps nor hurts much.
