The Bills did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Tyler Shough fell into slot 206. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

They are betting Thornton Jr. proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. They will answer for taking cornerback early while linebacker, safety and other spots went begging.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
